Message | The whole point of being private should be that they are free to teach what the people want and not what the government wants. If a school does not teach properly it will go out of bussiness. If it doesn't then the citizens want and are willing to pay for a diploma(and do not care about the skills) which is also okay. |

Message | And what if they teach hatred, racial superiority, or genocide? That' alright I suppose? There needs to be consistency within our education system. |

Message | "And what if they teach hatred, racial superiority, or genocide? " What? Are you against freedom of speech? What is wrong with people saying what they believe? This is higher education, the argument of the pupils being young and innocent does not stand. If one wants to fallow a university where they teach that the world is flat its okay. If 12 years of education did not convince that person that the world is round who are you to deny her/him higher education? "There needs to be consistency within our education system." Why? For what purpose? |

Random fact: Did you know you can change the official name of your nation? All you need to do is draw up a new name that is in accordance with the Nation Renaming Guide, pass a bill proposing the name change with a two-thirds majority and then post a request to Moderation on the "Renaming Requests" thread. You can change city and region names in this way too. |
Random quote: “The people's war isn't just a war of destruction, it is also a war of construction. We will build new facilities, new hospitals, new farms. We will seek to improve the lives of the people around us. This struggle will be as costly as the struggle against the bourgeois army, and indeed will be even more damaging to the enemy.” - Comrade X, former Hulstrian politician |
