| Article 1: All Luthori vessels, allies of Luthori by blood and by alliance shall be inspected if they cross into MU waters (MU waters being the national waters of Jelbania, Barmenia, Beiteynu, and Cildania). Article 2: All Citizens of Luthori and Luthori allies by blood and alliance shall be given extensive background checks before allowed to visit ports of entry at airports, sea ports, and land border crossings. Article 3: Colonists of Luthori and Luthori allies by blood and aliance shall be exempt from this bill. |
