Message"Timing should very well be an issue. This Government should not be restricting the least well off in our society to a life of welfare dependency. They need the incentive, the knowledge that our care cannot last forever and they need to be looking for work. If we don't limit this, it will bloom into a slow, sluggish & unproductive society and economy."

Maurice Goldman,
Unionist Heath and Social Services Spokesman & Party Chairman
