Message"I would like to personally commend the people of Zardugal for even considering this sanction. Take a quick look at Jelbania and the agressive posturing that threatens the security and stability of all nations in the Majatra is obvious. Passage of this sanction will greatly improve relations between our governments. Regardless of this sanctions passage or not I believe that since both of our nations reside in the South Majatra we should perhaps seek closer diplomatic ties. A free trade agreement perhaps?"

Random fact: Players have a responsibility to differentiate between OOC (out-of-character) and IC (in-character) behaviour, and to make clear when they are communicating in OOC or IC terms. Since Particracy is a role-playing game, IC excesses are generally fine, but OOC attacks are not. However, players must not presume this convention permits them to harass a player with IC remarks that have a clear OOC context.

Random quote: "The communist revolution is the most radical rupture with traditional property relations; no wonder that its development involves the most radical rupture with traditional ideas." - Karl Marx
