As adult citizens of this republic, our people are capable of deciding for themselves what to believe. The only way an informed decision on this can be made is by free exposure to all different ideas. It is with this in mind that we propose the following measures. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Unfortunately in this day and age, many of the enemies of Likatonia are religious fanatics. In this manner, we cannot support Article 1, as it would let any foreign missionary from potentially dangerous religious factions to enter our nation. Also Mr. Speaker, we cannot suppot Article 2. Perhaps the current law of not allowing any religious schooling is a bit harsh, but we need to keep certain regulations to once again stop enemy religious factions from creating unstability in our nation. Should these Articles be amended or disregarded, we would vote in favor of this bill. |

Message | Mr. Speaker; In the interest of compromise, as well as realizing the difficult task of the Foreign and Interior Departments in keeping order in the nation, we have modified the first two articles to allow the government to restrict certain religions. We do pledge that this restriction shall only be used against those religions who pose an imminent danger to our way of life. |
