Message | We would rather this be changed to "Local governments decide upon the funding policy."; different areas depend on public transport in different amounts and allowing the Local governments a bigger responsibility releases the burden on the Assembly. So we agree this should be changed but we must vote no purely because this is not the best way of changing it in our opinion. |
