KPJP eagerly endorse the second article, about banning drugs of abuse.
(OOC: I've never seen that issue before; it must be a new one recently added to Particracy's list of available issues.)

The first article, we're much less enthusiastic about. What about apprenticeships, paper routes, lemonade stands? The (vast) additional regulations protect children while also allowing these opportunities.
Nevertheless, we'll still vote yes, in the spirit of welcoming a new party.
