| Preamble: Seeing as the Gao-Showan population has become increasingly difficult to deal with, and that this race which inhabit the Great Davani Plain has been non loyal to the Kazulian monarch, his power and his government we hereby propose this act to strengthen the power of our homeland and His Majesty. Section 1: 1. Anyone who can trace their ancestry, and can have this ancestry proven by the state, to a Gao-Showan family member shall be considered impure and therefore a Gao-Showan and shall be subjected to the following Sections of this law. Section 2: 1. All Gao-Showans are hereby striped of their citizenship,. 2. All Gao-Showans are hereby restricted from owning businesses, homes or any real-estate and shall have this reclaimed by the government upon passage of this bill, their wealth transferred to local authorities and put under their control. 3. Considering the above, all Gao-Showans are prohibited from employing citizens of Kazulian or kindred bood. 4. Marriages between Gao-Showans and citizens of Kazulian or kindred blood are forbidden. Marriages concluded in defiance of this law are void, even if, for the purpose of evading this law, they were concluded abroad. Section 3: 1. All Gao-Showans are hereby not allowed to identify themselves as "Kazuliansk" or "Kazulian". 2. All Gao-Showans are hereby not allowed to display national colors, colors of the King or Kazulian people and race abroad. They are also restricted from their slanderous symbols which shall be considered Anti-Kazulian and treason. Section 4: 1. All Gao-Showans are hereby to be identified and excluded from public life where they cause a disturbance to state-controlled camps in the Carina Massiff. Section 5: 1. Any Gao-Showan who protests against this legislation or breaks its provisions shall be considered an enemy of the state, commiting treason and by Kazulian law shall be considered preforming a capital crime. With this in account the death penalty shall be required to be applied to such described peoples. 2. This legislation is enacted upon immediately upon passage. |

| Message | IC: The KNA is hesitant to support something like this. Taking steps that will force Gao-Showans away from Kazulia and Kazulian society would seem to be counterproductive and would likely lead to an increase in Gao-Showan related difficulties as well as harm our image abroad. It would be better to encourage most of the things that this proposal would restrict. Ultimately, we will follow the will of the King in this matter. We would advise him to reconsider this proposal however. OOC: Good thing I created a new party rather than resurrect my old one. A large portion of its support base was RPed as being Gao-Showan... :) |

| Message | Ladies and Gentlemen, The King has had very little to do with this, in fact his signature was more of a "rubber stamp" actually. However, Gao-Showans have become increasingly Anti-Kazulian. As you can see their will for independence or be associated with Indrala is against Kazulian interests abroad. Perhaps, we will provide a modified proposal for the Stortinget which will be more mild in its policies and hopefully will nudge these rough citizens toward the correction direction? |
