| Message | Mr Speaker, For reasons of homeland security, only ethnic Luthorians, Aldurians, Mordusians and Hulstrians (which are all ethnically similar) should be allowed to serve in the regular armed forces. There is a provision that allows those of other ethnicities to serve in the Colonial Corps. I yield. |
