Message | Mr Speaker, We must remind all present that the Common Bill of Rights guarantees the right of all individuals to maintain and bear arms. The only constitutionally accepted exception is a regulation stating that commoners may not own or bear swords as that has been deemed by Supreme Court to be an exception to is right. I yield. |
