MessageThe perspective of our party is that we prefer regulations and norms to be established informally, so as to allow them to best reflect the complex world in which we live.

Switching to a regulatory framework would move decision making away from those who are on the front lines of interacting with animals to those people further away who have less information about what would be most socially optimal for cats and people.
