As a reaction to the treats made by the Jelbanian government, and for the stability and safety of our realm, we hereby agree on the following: §1. That the Foreign minister shall hereby have the authority to take whatsoever diplomatic action he sees as necessary for the safety of the nation, or beneficial for the people of the Pontesi realm, without the consent of the Paraliment. §2. That the Minister of defence shall from hereby and on have the full authority to take whatsoever millitary action he sees as necessary for the safety of the nation, or beneficial for the people of the Pontesi realm, without the consent of the Paraliment. The sole exception shall be the use of nuclear weapons, which parliament reserves it's right to deny him. §3. This treaty mus be ratified by a two-thirds majority of the Imperial Magisterium. |
