| A BILL to enforce more modest standards of dress for men and women. ARTICLE 1. NUDITY IN PUBLIC. All nudity in public shall be banned. ART. 2. MODEST STANDARDS OF DRESS FOR WOMEN. All clothing worn by women shall cover the body from neck to knee. The arms may be exposed, but not the shoulders. Furthermore, all clothing worn by women may not be excessively tight, so as to expose the outline of the body. Women shall be forbidden from wearing pants and shall wear hats on Sundays. ART. 3. MODEST STANDARDS OF DRESS FOR MEN. All clothing worn by men shall cover the body from neck to mid-thigh. However, the arms may be exposed. |
