Bill: M.A.R.C. Special Resolution 1: War Crimes Investigation
Details
Submitted by[?]: Medrisite-Associated Revisionist Council
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 3238
Description[?]:
"The pretender Alamar Xarfaxis and his ally the Proregis are responsible for the destruction of the historical Synod building, which not only housed the Grand Synod but the ancient parliament of Pontesian Dynastic Empire. An egregious crime against Pontesi statehood and the people themselves, the M.A.R.C. has no choice but to launch a full investigation against the crusade and those responsible for said crimes. In addition, the very fact that high ranking members of the crusade have said, and I quote, "risk both decapitation and slavery" proves to us that the crusade is corrupt to the core." - Chairman Benedict Klein, M.A.R.C. Article I: The M.A.R.C. immediately calls for the investigation of Alamar Xarfaxis and other involved members of the Crusade regarding war crimes against the people of Lerna and greater Pontesi. Article II: The M.A.R.C. calls for an investigation regarding the use of military forces against the rioters in Lerna, disregarding local police which are more equipped to handle riots with less lethal results both to human life and surrounding infrastructure. Article III: A libel investigation surrounding the words spoken about members of the Enlightenment, which are a peaceful spiritual organization and thus are neither centralized, heretical, violent nor a cult. Article IV: An investigation regarding the Crusade's deliberate spread of misinformation regarding the ethnicity of the Pontesi people, which is held by the Pnek majority and not the Matarajan people, and a demand for an apology to the Pnek and the Matarajan people in the nation. |

Message | This is absurd. In what kind of country would the government NOT crackdown rioters? Or violent cults? The policies suggested by the Medrisite-Associated Revisionist Council are anarchistic to us and we condemn them. |

Message | "We agree with the SLP. This is absurd. This bill is impossible to effectuate since it's unconstitutional. There is no such thing as a "Pneck" people. We are all united as Selucians. And the Overlord-Consul is above the Imperial Magisterium, not the other way around." |
Date | 00:08:04, January 05, 2012 CET | From | New Lerna Affiliation | To | Debating the M.A.R.C. Special Resolution 1: War Crimes Investigation |
Message | The rioters are fighting against an oppressive regime, and the MARC and NLA support the People of Pontesi. As such we will do all in our power to see that the Selucian interlopers are punished. These Lerna Patriots should be applauded for what they have done. |

Message | "Sir, the very fact that you will not recognize the ethnic history of Pontesi is a clear sign of your intention to commit genocide against this nation. We will not tolerate the rewriting of our history. If you refuse to enforce the provisions as stated in this resolution, know well that are fully capable of doing such ourselves." |
