Bill: Natural Society Act

Details

Submitted by[?]: Rutania Freedom and Sovereignty Party

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill proposes the withdrawal from a treaty. It will require half of the legislature to vote in favor[?]. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 3247

Description[?]:

The RFSP proposes the abrogation of the 'Comprehensive Gay Rights Treaty'.

Rutania's ratification of this international treaty, which is binding upon this democratically elected parliament and restricts its capacity to make domestic legislation with respect to any matters concerning homosexuality, is truly indicative of the stranglehold political correctness has on this country.

Homosexuality is an aberration from the fundamental biological imperative of procreation for survival; it is a deviant form of sexual behaviour, and yet the Rutanian people are compelled by force of international law to recognize homosexuals as their 'equals' and to share rights with them that are naturally exclusive to heterosexuals, such as the rights to marry, have children, and adopt.

To restore to the Rutanian parliament the mandate it has been given by the voting public, and to wind back the contrived levelling of natural society effected under the social engineering experiment called 'equal rights', the abovementioned treaty must be repealed immediately.
