Message | I would like to ask you. If you need more than two third of legislature to vote in favor, ratification of an international treaty would be good to discuss in the parliament with the other political parties. If you need only the support of half of the legislative, it is not necessary for me to discuss about proposals, because the coalition are 134 members and not need oposition. I do not know if you have the support of National Socialist Party of Dranland. If yes, sorry for my comment, thats my opinion. Thank you. Zacarías Ferrado Líder del Partido Democrático Monárquico |

Message | We wish to apologize for not having involved the opposition in the discussion, but the fact that we are already in compliance with the conditions of this treaty made us think that the ratification of international treaties would only be the logical subsequent consequence of the foreign policy of this government. We nevertheless thank Mr. Ferrado for his statement and will in be holding a parliamentary discussion before moving such a bill to a vote in the future. Message | Because for discussion it is a little time when the bill is already in voting, we think that it is necessary to your proposals, which do not have enough enough votes to be discussed before with other parties. Thank you for your understanding and apologize for the missed ratify of this international treaty. International treaties must have two thirds enough votes because they are more important.
