| The rotating chairman, The Rt Hon. Viscount Robert Prenatory, representing the Constitutionalist Imperial League hereby opens this ninth meeting of the Imperial Un-Luthorian Activities Committee. Founding Members of the IULAC: EAP - 1 vote (veto) CIL - 1 vote (veto) Notes: The Committee all those whom it may concern that it has constutionally unlimited powers to protect the realm and foil any and all un-Luthorian activities, especially those that pertain to subversive activities such as socialism and communism. We also remind all in attendance that Diet etiquette is not observed in IULAC meetings. However, the utmost courtesy and respectful language is required. Failure to abide by these standards will result in exclusion from this meeting along with said exclusion's consequences. Agenda: 1. Ammend IULAC code to award "member" status to the Luthori Constitutional National Party. Details: 1. Having having worked closely in government with the LCNP, we are convinced that they are a noble, Christian and traditionalist party that seeks to uphold the social order of this realm and guard it against all those who would do it harm. OOC: For purposes of practicality, this meeting is displayed as a bill. However, it is a conference of a Diet-sanctioned committee that does not require the consent of the Diet to pass rules and regulations. It is advised that all parties vote "yes" once the committee is finished with its meeting for archive purposes, however, this makes little difference to the actual procedures. |

I summon the Luthori Constitutional National Party, the Conservative Party and the Secular Party to this meeting. I extend an offer of membership to the LCNP. I request that the CP representative repeat after me: 'I hereby swear, on behalf of the Conservative Party and on the Holy Bible, eternal loyalty and fealty to my sovereign, William V, and to all those of his dynasty who will succeed him as sovereign.
