On recomendation, Jack Swindon's trial and conviction for treason:

shall be overturned by 2/3 majority. His record shall be expunged, and he shall be exhonerated posthumously.

Likewise the graves of former Chief Justice Seville, Minister of Justice Barry Cosgrove, Associate Justice Hannah Williams, Associate Justice Hannah E. Williams and Associate Justice Stanley Kirzner shall be opened and desecrated. Any remains or ashes shall be deposited the Halion city dump. Any hereditary peerage titles held by descandants via connection with any of the aforementioned justices shall be removed. Any land inherited from the aforementioned justices shall be stripped and given to buildings for the poor.

Let it be known that no cabal of unrighteous men shall so attack the noble without consequence both severe and long lasting.
