Description[?]:
The aim of this bill is to reduce the amount of people taking advantage of our legal system for personal gain, creating a compensation culture and harming our economy. Point 1: If people who are charged with a crime, there must be susbataintial evidence. Those who cannot afford a defence and are truely guilty do not deserve for the government to give them one. Those who are on a low-income and are innocent will not go to court in the first place is they act within societies boarders and if there is little evidence of involvement. If on the off chance an innocent person does go to court then the due process of the law will discover this. We do not need to encurage low-income citizens to commit crime on the basis 'the government will get 'em off'. Point 2: If a rumour goes round around a doctor giving suspicious advice there is always one person who will take that doctor to court for he money, and even if the allegation is proved false the doctor's reputation is damaged irrevesably and we have lost a dedicated proffesional. Therefore any cases must to taken to a medical regulating body, where they can decide if the doctor broke the law where the media will not find out and where there is less chance of the person claiming damages is given a substantial amount of money. Point 3: The lawsuit law should be changed to cap it for medical bills and legal expenses. This will again reduce the amount of claimaints who enter cases just to win lots of money. The only true damage to a person that another should pay for is any medical bills arising due to the incident that produced the claim, and the legal expenses. In all people should not go to courts for money they should go for justice, and there will be no true justice until the laws are changed. |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
