MessageOOC: Ok its quite clear we're trying to be a bit more laissez-faire but to be honest, Ive always been a bit uncomfortable with these proposals.

MessageOCC.Personally I really don't like any of the choices. However since I only really dissagree with article 2, but find the others to my satisfaction it gets the 2/3rds is better than nothing treatment. the second article can be done again at a later date.
