MessageAs a new party we cannot comment on government practice, successfull or not, on this matter before, however we are of the opinion that the public does not need such a bill as this one, nor do we.

MessageWe shall oppose this motion. It is not our job to subsidize contraceptives. I would like an explaination from the OCNP as to why he think it is.

Messagemy party's abrrieviation is ONCP not OCNP. I merely wished 2 promote the use of contraceptives and thus reducing teenage pregancies. Anyway i thought this system was enabling me 2 critisize legislature and take part in free open discussions. So why can't I MAKE COMMENTS!

MessageOh you can make comments but likewise, we don't have to agree with your comments :D

It is our belief and the belief of our members that if we subsidize and give discounts to contraceptives, premarital sex will go up. We are trying to reduce this.

MessageKids will have sex with or without contraceptives. Why not at least keep them from getting STDs and pregnant since they will regardless? Abstinence-only says "contraceptives are useless" so the kids think they shouldn't even bother and they have sex unprotected. At least if they know that contraceptives work, they will make healthy decisions in regard to their sex lives.
