People should have the right to sue if needs be. The Cap will be higher for Private companies and much much lower for the state healthcare system, so not to damage the socialism of our healthcare system, after all it is only fair. |

Current: Lawsuits may only provide money for medical and legal expenses.

Message | I'm sorry, that's fair!? If your arm is accidentally amputated by state healthcare when they you should have been having a flu jab, why should others in the same circumstances be able to receive more just because they went private? On another level, this is yet another example of how state industry will find it much easier to slack off - they already don't have to worry as much about effectiveness, and now you're saying that they should be let off the hook more if they muck up someone's life? |
