Message | By what right do you decide that not all are due equal legal defense? By what right do you make prisoners into slaves? By what right do you deny the right of persons to defend their honor? |

Message | Are you saying the rich can't defend themselves? Why must the rich get free lawyers? Why must this country pay for them. Also prison is not a place to get pampered and get paid for work, you go there to serve crimes committed. The Crown Party wishes for murderers to be paid for by the state? We live in a an advanced society dueling may be how the monarchists fight out their problems but in a modern society, we go to court! |

Message | Crown Party, you can rattle off a list of questions, but there are irrelevant. The duty of a nation is to protect its citizens. Low income people need to be protected by our government, just as much as rich, it is just that poor need more outside protection. Prisoners aren't to become 'slaves' but rather laborers to repay the harm they did to the nation and its citizens (who need to be protected). And dueling, that is killing. If a nation wants to protect its citizens, it must protect their life, regardless of whether they want it protected. Dueling reduces a person to either murder or suicide. Parties jostling for the votes of citizens cannot compromise the morality of a nation. |

Message | Dueling is primarily for those who have honor and station in life, we do not expect the slack-jawed plebs of the Moral party to understand this. |

Random fact: Moderation will not accept Cultural Protocol updates which introduce, on a significant scale, cultures which are likely to be insufficiently accessible to players. In particular, for all significant cultures in Particracy, it should be easy for players to access and use online resources to assist with language translation and the generation of character names. Moderation reserves the right to amend Cultural Protocols which are deemed to have introduced significant cultures that are not sufficiently accessible and which are not being actively role-played with. |
