Our culture of contraception has led to promiscuous sex, sexually-transmitted diseases, family breakdown and a general deterioriation in levels of moral sensitivity. Message | Mr. Speaker, The DAP feels this move to be far too extreme a change. We would support a compromise bill, reducing state involvement to only subsidizing contraceptives, to reduce the burden on taxpayers, but we suspect this would not mollify the CPU. |
