MessageAs much as i agree with the morals of this idea, this would utterly crush advertising. And as much as I personally despise commercials, it is one of the easiest ways for a business to advertise itself. I would prefer if there were only one or two TV stations owned by non-profit groups, so that the news would be accessible to all, but some of the entertainment programing was for profit.
