| With this decree, Malivia will answer the current and consistent threats made by Gaduridos, and mobilize its troops in full force. This is decreed by the Raja, but will also be voted upon as outlined by the Law of Malivian Warfare. All the ministers have already given their consent. This is not a war declaration as outlined by §1, but an action tantamount to warfare as outlined by §1a. However, should it come to the necessity of a declaration of war, the Raja decrees that there will not be a new vote. If this Bill passes the Rajput, the Raja will declare war as he sees fit. |
