| article:1 on passage of this bill the following takes effect. the president can deem a bill essiatal and deem the reichstag required to pass a bill and he can issue excutive orders on certin issues. article: 2 the president is authorized to call up the military to act as the police force or back up police force article: 3 civil liberties can be suspended by excutive order for 1 year and can be renewed by excutive order every 6 months article: 4 the 72 hour period in which you are charged are suspended until further notice article: 5 the goverment sector of the capital is place under military protection and all political parties are required to registar all members and leaders with interior ministry article: 6 the finance ministry is authorized to freeze all national and international financial assets article 1:all political parties are required to back the president for election article 2:the fascist party is now empowerd and exempted from the paramilitary law article 3:the president is now authorized to sign decrees for any area of law article 4:all political party members and all goverment employees are now required to take the oath of allegiance the military now is authorized to patrol all major cities and all registerd felons will be rounded up and thrown into dentention centers. all people disobeying can now be arrested for dissent against the state. the military is taking over the court system and all court cases are handled by military courts. finally all crimes now committed carry the firing sqaud,hanging, or electric chair the media is
