CULTURAL PROTOCOL:
Upon passing, the nation of Likatonia (Likatonia Republika) shall adopt a culture loosely based upon the Baltic States (Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia) and East Prussia.

Influences: City and Region names are of Slavic/Baltic origin. Indigenously Baltic (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Balts) with influences from Germanic, Polish and Nordic invaders. (http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=4983)

Character naming: Favouring mainly Latvian, Lithuanian and Estonian, with some German and Russian.
