| On the passage of this bill, the Curia Regis (i.e. Senate), hereby affirm and uphold the ministerial order as issued by the Minister Finance: [ MINISTRY OF FINANCE ] BY ORDER OF THE MINISTER OF FINANCE: ALL ASSETS, BOTH PHYSICAL AND MONETARY, BELONGING TO THE MEMBERS OF THE ROYAL FAMILY AND MEMBERS OF THE CROWN ARE HEREBY FROZEN. ANY ATTEMPT TO MOVE, BUY, OR SELL ANY OF THESE ASSETS ARE HEREBY PROHIBITED UNLESS PERMITTED BY EXPRESSED STATUTORY AUTHORITY AS DELIVERED BY THE CURIA REGIS (i.e. SENATE). ANY PERSON(S) HAVING POSSESSION OF THESE ASSETS MUST TRANSFER THEM INTO THE POSSESSION OF THE GOVERNMENT OF SOLENTIA. ANY PERSON(S) FOUND VIOLATING THIS MINISTERIAL ORDER IS IN DIRECT VIOLATION OF THE LAW AND IS SUBJECT TO LEGAL ACTION, WHICH MAY RESULT IN JAIL TIME OR ANY PUNISHMENT AS PRESCRIBED BY LAW.
