Message | Yet another excellent piece of legislation on the table from the governing party, however with regards to Article 2, placing only 75 representatives could ignore critical local issues, as each representative would act on behalf of just over 1.2 million people, this means that local and even regional events will go nearly unnoticed... I agree with the downscaling of the amount of representatives present, as the amount is unwieldy. I propose that a representative is elected for every 200-thousand people. This means; Nærøy, Porsgrunn, Sør-Trøndelag, Sortland, and Vestvågøy all get 99 representatives each, with 4 extra representatives for the growing population of each region. This totals 499 representatives in total. With censuses issued, since there is a representative for every 200'000 people, the amount of representatives may change per region and in total. I thank the honorable Framstegspartiet party assembly for their time. |

Message | I thank the National Conservatives for bringing up an excellent point. This issue was not particularly discussed and the legislation was quickly put up to vote, we will try to debate in the future. Since this is due to vote we will propose such legislation to correct this at a latter time. |
