| Whereas the Provinces of Cisavugli, Feirano, Nicoma, Ingrisu, Teracche have expressed their desire to be federally united into One Dominion under the Crown of Royal Union of Quanzar: And whereas such a Union would conduce to the Welfare of the Provinces and promote the Interests of the Crown and the People: And whereas on the establishment of the Royal Union by authority of Parliament it is expedient, not only that the Constitution of the Legislative Authority in the nation be provided for, but also that the nature of the Executive Government therein be declared: I. PRELIMINARY 1. This Act may be cited as the a return and revision of the Constitution Act, 2685 II. National Name 2. It shall be lawful for the Monarch, by and with the advice of His/Her Majesty's Most Honourable Privy Council and Parliament, to declare by proclamation that the Provinces of Quanzar shall form and be one Union under the name of the 'Southern Majatran Union and Kingdom of Quanzar'. III. CITIES 5. The Cities of the Provinces of Quanzar shall heretofore be renamed as follows: Cisavugli - Hent - Routledge - Vaughn - Redwich - Bramsmouth Feirano - Oxbridge - Lussex - Hull - Blackwater - Kentshire Nicoma - Cavendish - Thornwall - Sudbury - Wembley - Bourne Ingrisu - Haxons - Reedingham - Berdy - Dristol - Welton Teracche - Oxfolk - Eckartshire - Hutton - Creffield - Gelford IV: Realms: The Regions of Quanzar shall thusly be renamed to their proper Quanzari and ancestral names: Cisavugli: Kiwasuli Feirano: Pheykran Ingrisu: Ingris Terrache: Therak: |
