In order to decrease centralisation but still preserve museums, local governments will be given the responsibility of operating museums and exhibits. The national government will still, however, be able to run museums detailing the achievements or history of the entire nation and will be responsible for the care of any national treasures of outstanding value. |

Message | When dealing with treasures of national value we do not feel that the local governments are best at handling this. There are simply some things which should belong to all the people of Malivia, and thus the need of at least a few national museums. We have no problem with the majority of museums being locally owned and run. |
