Bill: CDV Manifesto: Plan for a Healthy Hulstria
Details
Submitted by[?]: Hosianisch-Demokratisches Verbund
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: November 3294
Description[?]:
(OOC: For visibility reasons) Ad 2: This issue is a matter of conscience for our individual members. Nevertheless, we believe that it is also a matter of conscience whether or not to use contraceptives: a religious judgment should not be made by the state. Even though we cherish religious values, we therefore believe this change is necessary. Ad 3: Whereas we believe food should be regulated, we are convinced that localism is best in such cases. Local governments know their local situation best and can react to developments faster than politicians in Kien can. Ad 4: We believe we should cherish and maintain our national healthcare system, but we should also keep a watchful eye on private clinics. Seeing as they provide paid services, we should therefore hold regular inspections to ensure their standards at least match standards in the national health service. Ad 5: We believe that each should decide for himself or herself whether or not to donate organs; the personal conscience and faith should dictate a decision. We encourage organ donations, but acknowledge religious and other concerns, and this is a fair way to do so. |
