| "In recognition of the fact that there is popular demand for democracy, and that the Supreme Commander is currently unable to fulfil his duties, we propose to instigate a process of democratic reform, which will ultimately have as its end goals: 1. The eradication of the Sokoloff dictatorship. 2. The re-creation of a democratic republic. 3. The admittance of the Axis Mundi into parliament and the inclusion of its members into the cabinet. 4. The forming of a coalition between the AM and the NTPL, who, working under a framework of compromise, shall protect the civil liberties of Likatonian citizens and the efficacy of the Likatonian Armed Forces.
