Message | Mr. Speaker, This government will not remove the constitutional amendment until both we and His Majesty are satisfied that the state of emergency has passed. The other two articles of this Bill are in any case, against the constitution due to separate previous amendments, which would require repealing before such a Bill could be passed. I yield the floor. |
