(This bill updates the previous bill to comply with current Pax Cynica regarding religions of Terra)

To solidify and make clear the cultural elements of Quanzari Culture:

Ethnic and Language Background:
There are three primary langauges within Quanzar, Arab (south Majatran Dialect), Italian, and English.

The composition of the population as of 33000 is:

33% Istalian ethnic background, Istalian speaking. (originally Estalian see: http://particracy.wikia.com/wiki/History_of_Quanzar). Istalians still are the majority ethnic group on the island of Alaria.

45% From English Speaking nations (25% of these are Ethnically Solentian or "Southern Majatran." There have been several waves of Solentian immigration beginning in the early 3000's) These are primarily in the northern regions. Previous English speaking groups have been present in Quanzar since ancient times, and many arrived from Telemon.

20% Ethnically Majatran (language Arab). The Majatran population has gradually declined due to intermarriage and emmigration over harsh anti-religious policies of the Istalian regime.

2% Other.

While this is a general description, it must be understood that many if not most persons in Quanzar are of mixed descent.

Most educarted Quanzaris are bilingual or even trilingual due to the diverse ethnic background of the nation.

Religion. Many in Quanzar are secular, however of those claiming a religion in recent census records, the results tend to match ethnic outlay:

50% Theognosian Church
25% Nonreligious
21% Queranzariah
2% Gnostican
2% Other
