Upon the passage and approval of this bill, the Social Incentive Act of 3300 will be FULLY REPEALED and this system of recognition placed in its stead. The purpose of this bill is to remove titles of nobility and to award citizens for their outstanding citizenship in the form of awards, certificates and monetary prizes. All awards are to be presented to the Senate and shall be presented to the person or organizations recognized once it passes.

The Outstanding Citizenship Award

Granted to those citizens who have proven themselves as citizens who have gone above and beyond in their service to the Federal Republic of Solentia in the form volunteer work and community service.

The individual will receive:

- A plaque with the signature of the Senate Warden and the Supreme President
- $1,000, 000 to go toward the charitable organization of their choice
- $100,000 monetary award

The Senatorial Medal of Honor

Granted to military service person's who have shown considerable and exemplary service and sacrifice in the armed forces on behalf of the Federal Republic of Solentia.

- A plaque with the signature of the Senate Warden
- $100,000 monetary award
- 1 year leave of absence

The Wounded Warrior Medal of Honor

Granted to those military service men who have suffered bodily injury in the armed forces in service of the Federal Republic of Solentia.

- A plaque with the signature of the Senate Warden and the Supreme President
- $200,000 monetary award
- 1 year leave of absence

The Supreme Presidential Hall of Distinguished Civil Servants

Granted to Senators, Ministers, and other civil servants who have shown remarkable dedication to the service of the Federal Republic through public service. Person's are inducted into the Hall of Distinguished Civil Servants by nomination from the Supreme President and ratified by the Senate.

- $100,000
