| As much as as we try to avoid wars, some rare circumstances may make them inevitable. In such situations, we have to make sure that should the Rildanorian military be involved, it does so with preserving the lives and dignities of human beings. The usage of chemical, biological, and nuclear weapons, as well as land minds, is a great threat to the very livelihood of humankind, even continuing to be so well into generations after wars end. In addition, allowing research in the development of these weapons is too great a risk that they might fall into the wrong hands. |
