MessageWe have no problem with the Williams family having Defence (seeing as they have control of Iliathar, and they have the largest royal armed force aligned to their house).

We will not accept a cabinet proposal without control of Foreign Affairs.

We really only have 2 conditions:
1) We want Foreign Affairs, and we want the Lligros to have Health & Social Services
2) We don't want you to have Finance or Defence

Random fact: "Treaty-locking", or ratifiying treaties that completely or nearly completely forbid any proposals to change laws, is not allowed. Amongst other possible sanctions, Moderation reserves the discretion to delete treaties and/or subject parties to a seat reset if this is necessary in order to reverse a treaty-lock situation.

Random quote: "One day our descendants will think it incredible that we paid so much attention to things like the amount of melanin in our skin or the shape of our eyes or our gender instead of the unique identities of each of us as complex human beings." - Franklin Thomas
