Paragraphe 1: The Imperium Selucianum will not accept the exsistence of the so called Pontesi government or country neither any representative of this.
1.2 All government related programms are suspended.

Pargrahe 2: The Selucian government will do everything it can do to improve the life of the Selucian minority everywhere in the world, especially in not regonized areas.
2.1 This can happen with money and moral support.

Paragraphe 3: Selucia will accept the so called Pontesi government as soon as there is a substential protection in cultural and poltitical terms for the Selucian minority in Pontesi.

Pargraphe 4: This law will come into effect, as soon as the Imperial senate has passed it by a simple majority.
