| While the current Government line of providing for those Abortions which have to take place in a Medical Emergency is good, it is not fully satisfactory. What about those low-income mothers? They might not be able to afford to raise a child in good conditions, they may have been an unfortunate victim of Contraceptive failure. The DSV proposes that Government Funding for abortions be extended to low-income families, as well as keeping medical emergency abortions funded. |
