Description[?]:
In order to reduce the risk of STD infection rates throughout the Republic of Hobrazia, and so consequently reducing Government expenditure in this area of National Health, whilst also accepting that individuals are responsible for their own health and well being, the Government will subsidise the cost of contraception to guarantee that the cost of such methods (i.e. condoms) are at a level so as to encourage their use. Subsidised contraception will be available in all public house and nightclub toilets, as well as being available freely at pharmacies and other stores that stock aforementioned contraceptives. This bill will be supported by health advertisements in order to explain the dangers of STD and other such infections and to encourage the use of these contraceptive methods. |
