Now, I ask all the members of this Forum one important question: Why should we allow refugees into this country if we are not even going to really help them? Our current law does not give the government the ability to grant aid to these refugees in helping them integrate and survive into this society. Therefore, we must act now and change the way things are handled with respect to refugees. Thank you." |
