Message | After reviewing the situation we have come to the conclusion that simply having one National Police Force is far too overwhelming for the government. Instead we shall allow local governments to establish their own Police Forces, as they will have an individual better understanding of their needs, instead of the central government attempting to watch everywhere. The national police service will continue to exist of course, but only handle national matters and things that affect more then one province and rural areas. Article 1 thusly does the following: Establish the right of local government to create their own regional and municipal police forces and establishes the Federal Bureau of Investigation as the National Police Force. - Attorney General Kyle Woodbury United States Ministry of Justice MP from Baofluz Downtown Core |
