Message | The Karav Dynasty doesn't believe in restricting the right of citizens to assemble in groups, however, in a state of emergency, we need to assert necessary control of situations which make themselves large. Only then may police disperse a crowd, under the current law. Otherwise, protests are actually encouraged by the Karavs. |
