| BY ORDER OF His Royal Majesty Michael Victor II Kansar, High King of the Tela, King of New Majatra and King-in-Exile of the Solentians, Duke of Telapolis, Lord of the Five Kingdoms and Protector of the Realm; The following patents of nobility are extended officially to those named, in recognition of great service to the Five Kingdoms of Telamon or exceeding merit and strength of character: HRH Karl II of the House of Kansar, Prince of Telamon, Crown Prince of Sevescia; to bestow the benefits due to a Prince of such noble birth, and who will one day rule the Realm as High King of the Tela, is hereforth granted the hereditary title "Duke of New Halion," a city of the Royal Crownlands of New Majatra, as well as leave to build an estate therein. |
