Message"My Lords of Parliament,

This bill may seem a bit anti-environmental and abrasive to some, but it is brought her with the best of intentions. We need to be able to investigate a few whales a year in depthly to be able to diagnose illnesses or potential illnesses as well as track genetic problems etc. The Ministry of Science will highly regulate what scientific authorities are able to whale and we aren't talking many whales, just a few a year or every two years.

I yield, Lord Chancellor."

Rt. Hon Franchessca Rodrigues, D. Sc
Minister of Science and Technology

Random fact: Real-life organisations should not be referenced in Particracy, unless they are simple and generic (eg. "National Organisation for Women" is allowed).

Random quote: "Abolition of a woman's right to abortion, when and if she wants it, amounts to compulsory maternity: a form of rape by the State." - Edward Abbey
