Message | "My Lords of Parliament, This bill may seem a bit anti-environmental and abrasive to some, but it is brought her with the best of intentions. We need to be able to investigate a few whales a year in depthly to be able to diagnose illnesses or potential illnesses as well as track genetic problems etc. The Ministry of Science will highly regulate what scientific authorities are able to whale and we aren't talking many whales, just a few a year or every two years. I yield, Lord Chancellor." Rt. Hon Franchessca Rodrigues, D. Sc Minister of Science and Technology |
