Date | 15:28:04, June 13, 2012 CET | From | United New Jelbania | To | Debating the Bill F-18: Industry and Economic Reform Act |
Message | The Ministry of Defense may not support the proposition articulated in Articles 10 and 11. We fear that relaxation of current regulations may affect national security, and compromise our defense interests. |
Date | 15:42:27, June 13, 2012 CET | From | Jelbanian Democratic Party | To | Debating the Bill F-18: Industry and Economic Reform Act |
Message | If anything Article 10 gives the Ministry of Defence greater reign over who its weapons can be sold to then before where close allies could buy them for anything. If the MoD approves things by a case by case basis it can decide even if Jelbanian allies can have access to our weapons. Article 11 is merely to cut government bureaucracy and allow the Ministry of Defence to worry less about weapons and to focus more on our troops, research and development, and other interests to our national security, and allow the Defence Industries to be more profitable. |
