Details

Submitted by[?]: National Conservative Conference

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This is an ordinary bill. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: January 2151

Description[?]:

By the second trimester the foetus is a formed tiny human with a beating heart ( and can scientifically proven feel pain ) We are also worried that abortion may become a form of removing babies if they appear to be disabled when scanned. By proposing this bill we intend to reduce the abortion rate in Dorvik of people who just dont want a babie, and cann0ot be bothered using contraception ( of course this doesnt apply to all cases! )

Random fact: It is possible for a player to transfer ownership of a character or a royal house to another player. This should be done in a public way, such as on the Character Transfers thread, so that if a dispute arises in the future, Moderation can be pointed towards evidence of the transfer.

Random quote: "We have a culture, a strong, vibrant, 'real' culture. Most of the outside world does not. They haven't bled enough for it." - Lászlo Nádašdy, former Deltarian nobleman
