“My Lords of Parliament and my Lord Chancellor,

The time has come in which we must organize the Armed Divisions of the Royal Armed Forces of Telamon. After many talks between the offices of our House and the others of the government, we believe this organization of the Royal Army is best suited for Telamon.

Article 1-Formation of the Royal Army of Telamon:
The Royal Army shall consist of 323,504 troops of the Royal Armed forces to be under the leadership of a Secretary to be titled Secretary of the Royal Army of Telamon. This Secretary shall lead and manage the Royal Army in all matters, great and small.
The Secretary of the Royal Army of Telamon shall be appointed by a special committee of Parliament, who shall, upon passage of this bill, search the ranks of our military for a being qualified enough to serve in this position.

After a Secretary of the Royal Army has been located and has taken office, the new Secretary shall consult with the Minister of Defense, HRM the High King, and the Lord Chancellor to search the ranks of the general staff and the holders of the rank of Colonel to find 15 suitable officers to fill the following positions:
• Commander-General of the Royal Army
• Surgeon-General of the Royal Army
• 9 officers to hold seats on the Council of the Royal Army of Telamon
• 2 enlisted soldiers of high esteem to hold seats on the Council of the Royal Army of Telamon

After the Council of the Royal Army of Telamon has been formed, the Secretary of the Royal Army shall consult with the Council of the Royal Army to find suitable candidates to hold seats on the Council of the Royal Armed Forces: four general-ranked officers and the most senior enlisted soldier of the Royal Army.

Article 2-
The Royal Army shall be divided into four field armies, each under the command of a General.
Each field army shall consist of 80,876 soldiers.
Each of these armies shall be based in a Telamonese city to be determined by HRM the High King, the Lord Chancellor, and the Cabinet Coalition.

Article 3-
The Royal Army of Telamon shall be organized in the following way:

• The largest formation of Telamonese troops to ever be legally assembled is the Field Army, command of which may be taken or redirected by HRM the High King at any time.
• Each Field Army shall be sub-divided into two Corps each consisting of 40,038 troops under the command of a Lt. General.
• Each Corps shall be sub-divided into three Divisions each consisting of 13,346 troops under the command of a Major General.
• Each Division shall be further divided into two Brigades each consisting of 6,673 troops under the command of either a Brigadier General or a Colonel.
• Each Brigade shall be divided into Battalions, of which a number of troops shall be determined by the Brigadier General or Colonel in command of that Battalion. Each Battalion shall be under the command of either a Colonel or a Lt. Colonel.
• Each Battalion shall be divided into Companies, of which a number of troops shall be determined by the Colonel or Lt. Colonel in command of that Battalion. Each Company shall be under the command of either a Captain or a Major.
• Each Company shall be divided into Platoons, of which a number of troops shall be determined by Captain or Major in command of that Company. Each Platoon shall be under the command of a Lieutenant.
• Each Platoon shall be divided into Squads, of which the number of troops shall be determined by the Lieutenant in command of that Platoon. Each Squad shall be led by a Staff Sergeant.
• Each Squad shall be divided into Fire teams, of which the number of troops shall be determined by the Staff Sergeant in command of that Squad. Each Fire team shall be led by a qualified NCO.

Article 4:
They Ministry of Defense shall allot 50,000 troops to the development of tanks and artillery, noting that each tank shall require 25 troops and each piece of artillery shall require 25 troops.
Should the need arise, these troops may be used for the development of helicopters or other aircraft, noting that a jet fighter shall require 50 troops, a bomber shall require 100 troops, and a helicopter shall require 25 troops.

Upon passage of this bill, the noted committees will be formed to seek out the necessary personnel to fill high-level positions, determine locations for bases in Telamon, etc.
